Large Events at LazerX Arena
Multiple Sessions:
All experiences are an hour long. For 16 players: The first hour of your experiences will run through our standard game play, the second hour will start with a water break and can continue with a standard or variated experience.
For 16+ players: We would split your teams in half, one group would experience the first session and another group would experience the second session.
With Multiple Sessions, you could do B2B(back to back) Laser Tag sessions, B2B Nerf/Dodgeball. Pricing is as follows:
Private Laser Tag - $518+tax
Private Nerf/Dodgeball - $240+tax
Discounts for a second session: Tues-Thurs - $100; Fri-Sun - $50.
Pricing above does not include an event space for your event, below are a few options:
PRIVATE PARTY ROOM for $75+tax/50 minutes or a PARTY TABLE in our lobby for $25+tax/2 hours.
- The private party room is located upstairs and comes set with tables clothes, ~20 chairs, TV, Xbox 360 and Kinect, and plenty of board games for entertainment.
- The 14' party table in the lobby will be set with table clothes and 16 chairs. It will be available to you when you arrive, during the game experience, and an hour after the game experience.

Facility Rental:
With a facility rental, you get the whole facility: Laser Tag, Nerf/Dodgeball, Archery Tag, and any tables needed are included. Facility Rentals allow for customizing. Depending on total number of players we can do shorter game times to allow for more rotation. Tournaments are a favorite, allowing teams to rotate and fight for first place. Anyone who is not on the Laser Tag field is able to play Nerf, Dodgeball, or Archery Tag so everyone is able to stay entertained.
Our facility rental for large group pricing is:
1 hour: Tues-Thurs - $880; Fri-Mon - $990 (accommodates ~20 players)
2 hour: Tues-Thurs - $1600; Fri-Mon - $1700 (accommodates ~20-40 players)
3 hour: Tues-Thurs - $2100; Fri-Mon - $2500 (accommodates ~50-100 players)
For a Facility Rental, we require a 30% non-refundable deposit.
Currently we do not have any association with a catering service, so you are welcome to bring any outside food, non-alcoholic refreshments, and decorations you require. If you would like to bring alcoholic beverages, please fill out a banquet permit (linked here) and bring it with you for your event.
DAY OF YOUR EVENT:
Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in.
Waivers can also be signed before arrival. You can share the link on our website with your guests to sign waivers and let them know to stop at the front desk for check-in.
CANCELATION POLICY:
Full refund with notice made 48 hours before your event. Notice must be made by phone, voicemail, or email. Anytime closer to your event: no refund, only rescheduling.
